what to expect

On the day of your assessment, I will visit your home to carry out a quick, non-intrusive survey—usually taking around 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of your property. I'll inspect key areas like insulation, heating systems, windows, and loft spaces, and take measurements and photos (for evidence, not marketing!).

No major preparation is needed—I will need access to all rooms, the loft (I will bring a ladder if there is not one fitted), and any meters or boilers. After the visit, I'll write up the assessment and you'll receive a link to the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), complete with an energy efficiency rating and tips for improving your home's performance.
